Key Accountabilities

  • Requesting references relevant to each application (from lenders, accountants, solicitors etc)
  • Compiling updates to send to brokers and clients throughout application and offer stages but also chasing relevant parties for updates.
  • Following up cases expiring with introducers/clients.
  • Ensuring the CRM system is regularly updated with the correct details and the cases are up to date.
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Inputting enquiries onto CRM system for advisers
  • Checking documentation on cases to ensure correct and in line with what has been requested
  • Instructing, and managing the valuation process for certain lenders

      Skills & Competencies

      • Pass internal competency tests post induction
      • Good communication skills essential for dealing with brokers, borrowers and lenders, especially on the telephone
      • Proactive
      • Ability to manage own diary and meet strict deadlines.

          Knowledge & Qualifications

          • Previous experience within administration roles is essential and experience in the financial services industry specifically property finance is preferred but not essential.
